Support Centre for VC360 - striving to meet our customers’ needs, we’re launching a new support website for VC360 products.
As we grow, the number of users of our applications and systems is increasing. We would like to provide them with the best support, as well as quick and effective communication – that is why we came up with the idea to create the Support Centre.
It's simple and clear form, allowing the user to select the product they’d like to inquire about, allowing them to quickly locate topics of interest. A lot of effort has gone into ensuring that using the website is intuitive and that the elaborate FAQ section provides answers to most questions asked by our users so far.
What else can you find on our support website?
Our website also delivers news and training materials that help introduce new users to our systems and applications. This will also be where we will publish information on systems and applications updates, as well as other useful tips to facilitate effective use of our solutions.
We plan to continue adding content for all products. Our Support Centre currently offers a knowledgebase for the VC360 Photo App application, which covers, for example, the following subjects:
- How to download and install the application?
- How to use the 360-degree camera for spherical photos?
- How does the background change service work?
- How to manage your photos?
- How to create an interactive Player 360?
We would like the website to serve as a technical support site and user service Centre. For this reason, starting on 1 May 2022, this is going to be the only place where you can submit a query related to the operation of our applications and systems or report an error.
This change will allow us to better manage queries and meet your needs faster.

How to report an issue or ask a question?
If you cannot find the answer to your question in the FAQ section, send us a message. How to do it? It’s simple, just use the “Report an issue” button and complete the form. It is also available at the bottom of every product subpage in the Support Centre. In order to accelerate the processing of your query, please add screenshots or information about your device and the operating system used. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
