We have been supporting the Kia brand in this area for several years. Our cooperation started with an important step with the implementation of the VirtualCar360 solution.
Why was this so important?
VirtualCar360 introduced significant changes. The employees of the dealer network started the implementation of this tool on the road to digital evolution.
What kind of change has this brought? A fundamental change. This is often the first contact the sales department has with the benefits of digitalization.
Reducing by 75% the time of the photography process and creating a high-quality virtual presentation, has freed up time for dozens of people. This extra time they have translated into more efficient activities dedicated to repurchases and sales.
For many employees, this is also their first experience with a digital tool operated from a smartphone. This change, together with the trust placed in us by the Kia brand in Poland and its dealer network, has made it possible to take the next step.
We are currently implementing a project for Kia Poland and its dealer network, which involves construction and implementation of a system, which will constitute the foundation for the construction of further competitive advantages in used car sales and remarketing processes.
During the annual used car department conference, we held a series of workshops and presentations. The Exacto team was represented by a team of consultants, our technology team, and Andrzej Wrona responsible for development.
