Battery SoH (State of Health) is an indicator that defines the condition of a high-voltage traction battery in an electric vehicle or plug‑in hybrid. It is expressed as a percentage and compares the battery’s current usable capacity with its nominal capacity at the moment the car left the factory.
100% SoH means a factory‑state battery with full usable capacity.
A lower SoH percentage indicates gradual wear resulting from the natural aging of cells and the way the vehicle has been used.
