Central management of vehicle preparation quality and costs
Repairs under full control – across the entire network
The Repair Process module in the Inspection360 system is an advanced tool for centrally managing the repairs and remarketing process of used vehicles. It allows you to manage all stages – from quoting, through work ordering, to certification – from one convenient location.
Key module features:
Repair management across the entire dealer network
From a single dashboard, you can monitor and approve repairs at all service locations, regardless of the vehicle’s location. This is an ideal solution for:
- importers,
- dealer networks,
- fleet operators and leasing companies.
Step 1: Repair Estimate
Reported imperfections can be evaluated by submitting a quote to several related service centers simultaneously (e.g., Service A, B, C). The system allows you to:
- compare offers,
- select the optimal contractor,
- provide complete cost documentation.
Stage 2: Repair Completion
After accepting the quote, the repair is assigned to the selected service center. All data – scope of work, status, costs – is recorded and available in real time.
Stage 3: Repair Quality Control
After the work is completed, the vehicle undergoes a final inspection. You can perform an additional inspection and add photos to document the final result.
Step 4: Vehicle Certification
Only after the repairs are approved will the system generate a Used Vehicle Certificate. This guarantees that the vehicle meets all program requirements.
Implementation benefits:
- Process centralization – full control over repair quality and costs across the entire organization
- Transparency – every decision, quote, and repair order is recorded
- Shortened vehicle preparation time Sales
- Integrated data flow with the mobile app and Inspection Manager
Quality and safety guarantee
Thanks to the repair process in the Inspection360 system, you can be sure that every vehicle offered for sale has been:
- correctly assessed,
- repaired in a controlled manner,
- certified according to uniform standards.
