Paweł Samczyk
Paweł Samczyk (born May 1, 1986) is a Polish manager, innovator, and former athlete who successfully transferred the values he learned on the football pitch to the business world. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Exacto Holding Automotive – one of the leading companies providing solutions supporting car sales in the European market.
Sporting Career – Teamwork as the Foundation
Before embarking on a business career, Paweł Samczyk was an active football player. As a center forward (1.90 m tall), he played for several Polish clubs. As a junior with Agrykola Warszawa, he achieved success at the national level. He signed his first professional contract at the age of 17 with MKS Świt Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki in the First League. He retired from professional football in July 2008.
On the pitch, he was known for his excellent penalty area awareness, team spirit, and high sportsmanship. It was these skills of teamwork, goal-oriented focus, and perseverance that later became the foundation of his approach to project and team management in business.
Professional Transformation – Innovation in the Automotive Industry
After retiring from football, began his career in the automotive industry. He was invited to join the business by his school friend, then-partner Andrzej Wrona. Together, they began creating and developing CSP Automotive – a company specializing in providing POS materials and marketing solutions for dealers and car manufacturers. Thanks to their commitment, CSP has become one of the leaders in the industry, serving over 4,000 dealers in 34 European markets.
Since 2020, as COO of Exacto Holding Automotive, Paweł Samczyk has been responsible for the sales of CSP solutions in Poland, CSP, and VC360 abroad, as well as collaboration and relationships with OEMs at the global and European levels. Under Andrzej Wrona’s and Paweł Samczyk’s leadership, the company has completed a number of groundbreaking projects and continues to deliver results for its clients.
