Andrzej Wrona (born February 28, 1986) – Polish entrepreneur, innovator and automotive enthusiast. He has been involved in the motrization industry for years, where he successfully combines practical technical knowledge with a vision to transform the sales process. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Exacto Holding Automotive.
Beginnings – from smart repair to used car sales
He gained his first professional experience in 2006-2007, working on the launch of one of the first smart repair and auto detailing services in Poland. It was there that he learned the full processes of preparing cars for sale and discovered how technology can optimize time and costs. Sam has gone through all stages of the job – from performing services to conducting training and building teams specialized in preparing used cars.
His passion for automobiles was instilled in him by his father – co-founder of APP Auto-Plast-Produkt, a well-known company in the industry. Even as a child, Andrew spent time in the first warehouse created by his dad, located in the backyard garage, learning the smell of paint and the first secrets of car repair. Although the natural direction initially was to work for his father’s company (where he gained two years of experience), he decided to go it alone and start his own business.
A watershed moment – new standards for used cars
The breakthrough came with the launch of used car sales based on a completely new strategy. Over the course of four years, Andrew and his team bought back and sold more than 1,000 vehicles, gaining unique knowledge of the processes operating in used car departments. This was Andrew’s first independent activity, which he ran with his brother from 2007 to 2011.
Even then, he noted that presentation and customer experience play a key role in sales. Inspired by the standards of new car dealerships, he began designing the first designs for signage elements – pricers, license plate overlays or offer presenters. This is how the CSP brand – Car Sales Promotion – was created, which in a short time became a symbol of a modern approach to car display and sales.
Innovation and development – from CSP to Exacto Holding Automotive
Andrzej Wrona has been involved in creating and developing solutions for the automotive industry since the beginning of his business path. He was instrumental in building the CSP brand and developing tools such as VirtualCar360 that are changing the way cars are presented in the online world.
A key moment in the company’s development was when Pawel Samczyk was invited to join the company. For Andrew, the saying “alone you can go faster, but in a team you can get further” is very close to his heart . – and it is this philosophy that has become the foundation for building Exacto Holding Automotive together. Today, as CEO, he is responsible for developing the group and creating new business initiatives working closely with his partner Paul.

Privately, he is the father of 6-year-old Victor, with whom he loves to spend time actively. His other great passion is windsurfing, which allows him to combine movement, nature and freedom – values he also values in his professional life.
